Due to an increase in commitments to other business interests, we have accepted the resignation of Dr Andrew West, the independent Chairperson of our asset holding companies RHL and RIL. We have enjoyed working alongside Andrew and thank him for his contribution during the time he spent with us. We wish him well in his business endeavours.
As a result, it is a great honour to share with you that our whanaunga Tā Mark Solomon has agreed to lead us in the role of Chairperson of the Board of Directors of RHL and RIL until the Trust is able to work through a process to appoint a new Chairperson, which could take up to 12 months.
We are privileged to have Tā Mark’s leadership and expertise in our midst. His knowledge, experience and networks will be of great benefit to us as we move into the next stage of our commercial journey. We look forward with anticipation and excitement to working together toward the realisation of our aspirations.
