Annual General Meeting 2024

The Trust would like to announce the next AGM will be held at Ūkaipō, Grovetown on Saturday, 27 January 2024.

Evening Hākari at the Marlborough Event Centre

Evening Hākari

Join us for Evening Hākari at the Marlborough Event Centre. Sit back and enjoy the kai and live entertainment.
Doors open at 6pm. There is no cost to attend the Hākari, there will however be a cash bar if you wish to purchase beverages.
This event is strictly 18 years and over. 

Bookings for the Hākari have closed. Please call our office to check ticket availability (03) 578 6180.

Travel Assistance

Travel assistance is offered to all registered iwi members over 18 years of age who reside in Aotearoa and are travelling from outside the rohe to attend the AGM. If you are arranging your own travel check the options for reimbursements below. Reimbursement claim forms will be available at the AGM, and must be completed and returned no later than 15 February 2024 (you will need to provide proof of bank account). 

North Island Options

Request reimbursement form when registering attendance at AGM2024
$120 reimbursement per adult iwi member (18 years+) for those arranging their own travel from the North Island to attend the AGM.

South Island Options

Request reimbursement form when registering attendance at AGM2024

Option #1 – $50 reimbursement per vehicle travelling from Whakatū (Nelson). 
Option #2 – $120 reimbursement per vehicle travelling within the South Island (from outside Te Tau Ihu) OR $120 reimbursement per adult iwi member travelling by bus or train within the South Island (from outside Te Tau Ihu).

All travel reimbursements will be paid post-AGM.

Livestream

Whānau will be able to join the hui via livestream which will begin at 11:00am on Saturday 27 January 2024. A chat box function will be live to allow you to ask pātai during the AGM.
