Staff Farewells

Earlier this year, Nick Chin announced his intention to resign as General Manager.  In his announcement to members, Nick outlined that serving our members had always been the most enjoyable part of his role, and that he feels privileged to have been a part of our journey.

The Trust wishes to acknowledge the considerable contribution that Nick has made during his time with Rangitāne.  During Nick’s three years with us, he oversaw significant projects and events, including the construction of the Tauihu, a restructure of our investments and managed funds, the Rangitāne contribution to Tuia 250, the Rangitāne involvement in the Ōpaoa Bridge Pou, redevelopment works at Tuamātene and embedding our strategic plan.

We wish Nick and his whānau all the best for the future.

Donna Grace joined the Rangitāne team in October 2018 as our Administration Assistant.  Her skills and passion for working in the events and programme space led to her being appointed to the Pou Kaiwhakahaere position in February 2020.  Donna’s hard work, commitment and “get things done” approach will be sorely missed amongst our team.

We wish Donna all the best for her future endeavours.
