Te Rūnanga a Rangitāne o Wairau Trust extends a warm invitation to members
to the 2021 AGM and dinner to be held on Saturday, 2 October 2021.
FRIDAY | 1 OCTOBER | ŪKAIPŌ
5:45pm Mihi Whakatau
Welcome whānau who have travelled for the hui.
We encourage our Te Tauihu whānau to come along and manaaki our whānau.
6:30pm Kai o te Pō
Whānau are invited to stay for dinner and whakawhanaungatanga.

SATURDAY 2 OCTOBER | ŪKAIPŌ
9:30am Voting Booth Opens / New Registrations welcome
Electionz.com voting booth will open for members who want to cast a vote in person on the day.
New iwi registrations can be submitted at the registrations table.
Morning tea and refreshments will be available prior to the hui.
11:30am Voting Closes
Voting in the Trust Elections officially closes.
11am Tamariki Activities
Tamariki activities will be held at Grovetown School for the duration of the hui.
Tamariki aged 4 years and under must be accompanied by an adult.
Registrations are essential please email firstname.lastname@example.org with
your tamariki names and ages.
11am AGM – Hui Commences
The Annual General Meeting of Rangitāne o Wairau Settlement Trust and
Te Rūnanga a Rangitāne o Wairau will commence at 11am.

AGM Dinner for whānau aged 16yrs and over.
Tickets cost $15 for iwi members / $40 for non-iwi
Tickets can be purchased on Eventbrite
Kaumātua (60yrs and over) are free, please call our office to reserve your seat.
SUNDAY 3 OCTOBER | ŪKAIPŌ
Farewelling whānau, all welcome.
Travel assistance will be offered to all registered iwi members over 18 years who reside outside
of the Marlborough region and need to travel to attend the AGM hui.
Travel Assist forms will be available at the AGM and must be completed and returned no later than 13 October 2021.
North Island Option # 1
Includes return bus from Levin, return ferry crossing plus accommodation at Ūkaipō.

North Island Option #2 – Reimbursement
$120 per adult iwi member arranging their own travel to the AGM hui.
South Island Option #3 – Reimbursement
$50 per vehicle travelling from Whakatū (Nelson)
$120 per vehicle travelling within the South Island (outside Te Tauihu)
$120 per adult member travelling by bus/train within the South Island (outside Te Tauihu)
Limited accommodation will be available at Ūkaipō.
