Results of Elections for Trustees of Te Runanga a Rangitane Trust
On the 7th of August 2011 nominations were called to fill
vacancies to Te Runanga a Rangitane o Wairau Charitable Trust
arising from the retirement of two of the existing Trustees. All
nominations were to be received by the 22nd of August 2011 to
enable sufficient time for a postal ballot of members to take
place.
Only two nominations were received by the due date and accordingly
there is no need to proceed with a postal ballot. Notice is
therefore given that the two new Trustees to be confirmed at the
next Annual and General Meeting of the Trust on the 25th of
September 2011 are Rata Andrell and Jeremy McLeod.
